Caculo Mall is THE Destination today for one stop shopping in Goa especially for the upward Middle class people.
Few important features that pull crowd at Caculo mall are
- Gaming Zone for Kids
- Variety offered by brands like Westside and Bharne Fashion Lifestyle.
- A Good enough Food Court
- Not to forget the Marketing and promotional efforts by the Mall Management.
Since the news about a New Mall that is coming up in Porvorim is in the air, my curiosity has been to understand
Whether this new mall would majorly eat in to the existing market of Caculo Mall?
or
Would it develop a new market of people who are not used to going to Caculo Mall?
The latter sounds possible as the "Mall De Goa" in Porvorim has one additional feature to offer as compare to Caculo Mall.
It has a "A Multiplex"
Yes, its the multiplex that would bring in the additional crowd, that will develop a new breed of "MALL GOERS "in Goa.
We feel that at a multiplex with 1000 seats would bring in an opportunity to have lots of people shopping around in the mall either before or after the movie who otherwise would not go to a mall on that Day.
