Big Business Groups in Goa Dont have a Tagline Defining their Brands


Tata Group Proudly says TATA stands for " Leadership with Trust", Aditya Birla Group Adds up that they are a " Premium Global Conglomerate".

If we quiz a little bit, when you hear " Think Different" u know its Apple Inc., and offcourse our India's own " King of Good Times" Brand Kingfisher.

A tagline defines what your brand stands for, it proclaims about the values, USPs, Guiding philosophy, Culture etc etc of your Brand.
I am surprise to discover that some of the top business houses in Goa DONT have a tagline definining their brands viz. Chowgule, Salgaoncar and Fomento, They dont have any definining statement for their brands in their communications.
Dempo Group, however mentions " The House of Dempo" next to their corporate logo. (If this is their defining line, it certainly needs to be refined further, it needs further elaboration)


I strongly recommend that these business houses undertake a task of having a tagline for their brands. 
This will spontaneously connect their customers with the group's philosophy or guiding principles.
Such connections definately help you in your business, it is always reminding your customer what you stand for, and every experience that reassures your customers about your philosophy shall help in you long way for retaining them with your brand.
Another thing is, if you dont define your brand's philosophy a customer is free to form his/her own perception about your brand, I am sure any business house dont want this vulnerability.
